MS CRM Marketing Blitz Kicks Off This Week

Microsoft will officially commence its month-long MS CRM marketing kick-off at this week’s DCI CRM show in Chicago. Already, Redmond is talking up the next releases of its CRM product, promising all kinds of app integration, from both Microsoft and third-party vendors, going forward. But, as eWeek Labs notes, customers should be prepared to use a full Microsoft software stack just to get MS CRM up and running.
