Finnish telecomms solutions provider Nokia said on Tuesday (13 July) that the French financial supervision authority, AMF, had approved the delisting of Nokia shares from the Paris Stock Exchange (Euronext Paris) main list.

AMF had approved the delisting on the condition that Nokia offers a sales facility to French shareholders, according to the company.

The sales facility is planned to be introduced in September 2004, to enable delisting in October 2004, Nokia added.
