The New York City Board of Education has issued a request for proposal for web-based professional development services available to teachers 24×7. The Board is seeking a partner with technical expertise and marketing skills; the Board will provide content. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Friday, September, 12, from 1:30 pm to 4 pm. Proposals must be received by September 22 at 11:30 am.
