Survey shows Swedish municipalities becoming better at electronic mail – Brief Article

INTERNET BUSINESS NEWS-(C)1995-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

A survey undertaken by the Swedish IT integrator Dimension AB shows that although Swedish municipalities are becoming better at replying to electronic mail more than a third failed to reply within 24 hours.

The average turnaround time fell from 26 hours in 2002 to 15 hours in 2003.
