The automated predictive analytics application is designed to improve a company’s customer targeting and response rates for marketing operations. SPSS PredictiveMarketing analyses customer response data in search of patterns which could be used to enhance marketing efforts by indicating which customers are more likely to respond. All findings are presented to marketing staff in visual formats via a web-based interface.

Pricing for the SPSS PredictiveMarketing product starts at USD80,000 for one marketing user licence and one best-practice template.
