KANA’s eCRM applications chosen by priceline.com – Brief Article

Online travel site priceline.com has chosen to implement modular eCRM applications from KANA, an eCRM applications provider.

The KANA IQ, KANA Response and KANA Contact Centre applications will be used by priceline.com to provide faster, more efficient and more cost-effective customer support for visitors to its web site. The company states that the new applications will also reduce contact centre costs by freeing up agents for more high-level customer requests.

No pricing details of the implementation were announced.
