Amazon.com introduces new online Toy and Baby Stores

New online Toy and Baby Stores have been introduced by Internet retailer Amazon.com (Nasdaq:AMZN), featuring thousands of products including hard-to-find items from speciality retailers.

Amazon.com’s new Toy Store, which can be found at http://www.amazon.com/toys, offers a range of brands such as Fisher-Price, Hasbro, Lego, Mattel, VTech and LeapFrog. It also carries the complete Ty Plush, Pluffies and Madame Alexander dolls ranges and offers 17 product categories, including Games, Learning & Education and Dolls & Accessories.

The new Baby Store, available at http://www.amazon.com/baby, offers products for outfitting children from birth to two years old and features products from nursery furniture, to blankets, to educational games. The Amazon.com Baby Registry allows customers to search, find and register baby gifts from a range of baby products from brands such as Elegant Baby, Baby Bjorn, Babylicious and Evenflo.

The new Toy and Baby Stores products are eligible for the Free Super Saver Shipping and the Amazon Prime membership programme. Amazon.com is also listing items from companies such as Babystyle, Discovery Channel Store and eToys.
