Newmediary and BizSpace Launch On-Line B2B Directory for Telecommunication and Technology Niches – Brief Article

Newmediary announced a strategic alliance with BizSpace, which develops and operates business-to-business Web sites in the telecommunications and technology industries.

Among the BizSpace operated Web sites are CLEC.com, ASPconnection.com, BroadbandInfo.com, CallCenterBiz.com, and TelecomBiz.com. Under the terms of the agreement, Newmediary will integrate its on-line directory tool and REP engine with the content and community resources on each of the nine BizSpace sites creating the Buyer’s Guide and REP Centers. The newly created resource enables users of each site the ability to advertise and promote their specialty service in the directories, while also providing access to active requests for proposals (RFPs) specific to their industry.

“Buyers and service providers are continually searching for faster, less expensive, and more efficient ways of doing business. And, recent statistics from top research firms indicate that company outsourcing is on the rise,” said John Federman, Newmediary president and CEO. “The partnership between Newmediary and BizSpace is the perfect combination — users have access to a robust directory and RFP resource through brands they trust for news, information, and research.”

The new Buyer’s Guide and RFP Centers complement the existing services offered by BizSpace, said Martha Gershun, president and CEO. “Since our first site, CLEC.com, was introduced in 1996, telecom managers and executives have looked to BizSpace for up-to-the-minute news. The partnership with Newmediary will provide these executives another avenue to aggressively seek new business.”
