Commercial Real Estate Software Vendor, workplaceIQ, Closes $13 Million Series B Financing – Brief Article
workplaceIQ Ltd., a provider of on-line solutions for corporate and commercial real estate organizations, announced that it has raised $13 million in a Series B financing round with investments from four major real estate service providers, CB Richard Ellis, Insignia/ESG, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Trammell Crow. The four firms have been working cooperatively as part of the Project Octane consortium. In addition to these strategic investors, the Series B round also included participation by Cedar Fund, CLAL Ltd., Genesis Partners, and Israel Infinity Fund.
