Call accounting
TeleCenter, a licensed call-accounting software package, provides tools to manage corporate telephony functions, including call accounting, network management, toll fraud alarms and reports, traffic analysis, and interdepartmental billing functions. In addition to the full functionality of the product, the solution is engineered to handle unlimited call records. The product can collect call-record details from an unlimited number of PBX, Centrex or VoIP devices, allocate costs according to custom rules and parameters, and distribute information to employees through Web-based reports.
