Comcast Public Affairs of South Jersey, Comcast Ad Sales in Turnersville, N.J., and the Comcast Traffic Department of West Chester, Penn., donated a new VCR, games and toys to the children of the Matri-Ark Program of Seabrook House, a private, nonprofit rehabilitation center. Comcast manager of public relations Kathy Farinaccio (right) presented the gifts to Pat Wallace, daycare coordinator, Seabrook House.
4 FREEDOM FIGHTER
Angela Bassett presented the Bill of Rights Award to Jerry Offsay, president of programming for Showtime Networks, at the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California annual Bill of Rights Dinner at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel. The event recognizes individuals who have helped preserve civil rights and liberties.
