Embrex Inc

* Embrex Inc. (Nasdaq: EMBX) of Research Triangle Park has formed two European subsidiaries. Embrex Iberica of Madrid was formed through the acquisition of Hatchery TSO s.1. About 50 percent of all broiler chickens produced in Spain are inoculated with Embrex’s technology. Embrex also announced the formation of Embrex France s.a.s. of Chateaubourg, Brittany.
