DAVE E. SMART HAS BEEN NAMED director of domestic sales for Columbia 300, Inc. Smart, a native of Cocoa, Fla., began his Columbia 300 career in 1992 as the PBA technical tour representative. In 1998, he was promoted to western account manager.
Smart will be responsible for managing the Columbia 300 domestic sales account team. He will be instrumental in the development of sales programs, establishing sales goals, and budgets.
“Dave’s performance in his role as western account manager has been exceptional,” says Columbia 300 vice president of sales and marketing Roger W. Vessell. “His product development skills, technical expertise, and strong commitment to exceeding the needs of our customers have earned him this promotion.”
Columbia 300 is a San Antonio-based manufacturer of polyester and reactive urethane bowling balls, which are marketed to more than 30 countries around the globe.
