Prudential Properties opens new communications hub – New Jersey – Prudential New Jersey Properties – Brief Article
Prudential New Jersey Properties announced the opening of a new executive communications and connections hub in Somerset, N. J. offices. The move marks a major milestone in the company’s program of continual service upgrades.
Taking full advantage of the approximately 14,000 SF of overall office space, the company will significantly expand its support service and sales associate training options, while also incorporating a new information technology system.
Located on the top floor of the recently constructed office tower at 220 Davidson Ave., the hub facility will also serve as headquarters for Prudential New Jersey Properties’ top executives and administrative staff.
“Our company is continually striving to put a stamp of excellence on all our services, and these new offices enhance our current capabilities, while also allowing for future growth,” said William 0. Keleher, Jr., chairman and chief executive officer of Prudential New Jersey Properties.
“And in addition to meeting our infrastructure needs, the headquarters hub offers an ideal location, central to our 25 sales offices across the state.”
Prudential New Jersey Properties has signed a six-year lease on the Somerset county office space. The company’s headquarters functions – -which oversee sales operations that service a total of 10 New Jer sey counties — were previously based 10 miles east, in East Brunswick.
“One of the hallmarks of our company is an attitude of service that permeates all our professional efforts,” Keleher said.
“The primary benefit of this new facility is that it will enable everyone at Prudential New Jersey Properties to be more efficient and effective.”
In addition, to opening its executive hub in Somerset, Prudential New Jersey Properties also unveiled an expansive new sales office in Basking Ridge, NJ. this week.
The office will house agents previously based in smaller nearby offices in Liberty Corner and Bedminister.
