GVA Williams New Jersey recently completed the sale of 700 Liberty Ave., a 176,600 s/f warehouse and office building, in Union.

GVA Williams New Jersey’s president David Simson and senior vice president Ward Greer represented the buyer, Bed Bath & Beyond, and vice president Lori Zuck of GVA Williams New Jersey and managing director Marvin Rosenberg of GVA Williams New York represented the seller, Breeze-Eastern Corp., in this transaction.

“We are pleased to have completed this sale on behalf of both the buyer and the seller,” said Simson. “Bed Bath & Beyond was seeking a new headquarters location and when our team presented the company with the opportunity to purchase the building adjacent to its existing facility for its corporate expansion it resulted in a win-win scenario for both parties.”

Bed Bath & Beyond plans to completely retrofit the warehouse space into corporate offices.
