National Association of Insurance Commissioners – News and Notes
A committee of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners has adopted a report on improving privacy notices, the NAIC has announced. The notices are intended to educate consumers as to how their information is being disclosed. The notices are required under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
