AIG eBusiness Risk Solutions (AIG eBRS), a unit of the property and casualty subsidiaries of American International Group Inc. (AIG), has improved its NetAdvantage suite of network security insurance and risk management services. The improvements are designed to address the increasing exposure to threats of viruses, hackers, information theft and destruction, and cyberterrorism. NetAdvantage’s new coverages include network business interruption, forensic expenses and extra expense coverage; broader network security liability coverage, a broader definition of a computer attack; identity theft liability coverage; physical theft of hardware containing data and information; and cyberterrorism coverage.
