Nokia expands services in Sri Lanka
Nokia in Sri Lanka has expanded its services to serve their customers even better. The Nokia Professional Centre (formally the Care Centre) commenced its operations in April/May this year at their new location in Colombo, the Daily Mirror reported.
Ms. Weerathunge, General Manage,r Softlogic Communications (Pvt) Ltd, the sole authorized distributor for NOKIA mobile phones in Sri Lanka told the newspaper that “Nokia would see many more changes of this nature in the future. This is the third phase of its expansion plan.”
The Nokia Professional Centre provides a free service for all Nokia mobile phones under warranty, software upgrades to phones and also undertake the repair of Nokia mobile phones. Furthermore, NOKIA Professional Centre customers are provided with a twelve month warranty on all handsets, batteries and chargers as well as on all other accessories sold and all repairs (Warranty /non-Warranty) are given a 90 day repair warranty.
