Tunes in Every Room
If Kiss is blaring in the kitchen, G ‘n’ R in the garage and Led Zeppelin in the living room, it can mean only one of two things. Either your house was, in fact, built on rock ‘n’ roll, or you’re the proud owner of a new Sonos Digital Music System. At its heart, Sonos lets music lovers stream MP3s and other digital tracks stored on a computer through any audio setup in the home. Simply hook up a wireless ZonePlayer (a little white amplifier box) to each set of speakers, then use the wireless remote to beam tunes through them. Best of all, you don’t need a fancy Wi-Fi network to get started; Sonos packs all of the wireless trickery into the product. Add additional ZonePlayers to as many rooms as desired—just make sure all that Starship stays in the basement.
