James P. Negri

The top job in the Acalanes Union High School District in Lafayette, Calif., is now being handled by Jim Negri, a native of the San Francisco Bay area. He most recently worked for two years as superintendent of the Mountain View-Whisman School District in Mountain View, Calif. Earlier Negri held a number of positions over 11 years in Pleasanton, Calif., including deputy superintendent, assistant superintendent of educational services and director of curriculum and staff development.
