Bathroom humor II – Clean Fare About Beasts and Bathrooms

The liberal bathroom privileges usually accorded to kindergarten pupils tend to disappear by the time students reach 1st grade, according to new research in The Journal of Urology.

Based on a survey of 467 elementary school teachers on how they handle students’ restroom needs, researcher Christopher Cooper at the University of Iowa concluded that children in 1st grade and beyond are not given sufficient opportunities to go to the bathroom, leading to problems of incontinence or dehydration.

“By and large, our society encourages kids to hold off urinating too long,” Cooper said.
