Business Condos USA To Develop Site In Rancho Mirage
Business Condos USA, the nation’s largest developer of commercial condominiums will develop approximately 54,000-square-feet of retail and office space in Rancho Mirage. The Shoppes of Rancho Mirage will be located at Hwy. 111 and Thunder Road, near Country Club Drive. Groundbreaking is scheduled for mid to late 2007.
According to Business Condos USAs local franchisee, Dick Talbert, the project will be designed by local architect Charles Martin and built by general contractor Paul Allen Smith.
“We are very pleased to announce our new Business Condos USA office and our first business condominium project. This exciting and innovative concept will provide the opportunity for business professionals to own their own retail, business or warehouse property for about the same monthly payment as they would normally pay on rent,” said Dick Talbert. “The Shoppes of Rancho Mirage will be the first retail condominium of its kind in Los Angeles. We’re very proud to spearhead the development efforts here,” he said.
Business Condos USA will initially focus on San Bernardino and Riverside counties within the greater Los Angeles area with sites already selected for development.
According to Business Condos USA president, Larry Walshaw, the company is excited to expand its brand and bring quality business condominium projects to Los Angeles and top markets throughout the country. “We’ve been developing projects in northeast Florida since 2002, and have offices currently developing in Houston, Nashville, and Pensacola and Tampa, Florida. Our plans include expansion throughout the U.S., from coast to coast,” said Walshaw.
