Don’t worry, be happy – Feedback – Letter to the Editor

Thank you for your timely article on seasonal affective disorder (“Don’t Be SAD,” December 2002). At the end of last winter, I finally realized that lack of daylight has a significant impact on my life–my grades drop, and I withdraw from social activities. Given the advice provided in your article, I hope to reverse this trend in the coming season.
