Macomb – Denise Hartley, 45, of Macomb died at 3:24 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2005, at Pekin Living and Rehabilitation Center in Pekin.
She was born May 25, 1959, in Macomb to James and Susan Elaine Dosier Hartley.
Surviving are her father and one brother, Titus (and Mary), both of Springfield, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother.
She was a client for Mosaic.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb, where visitation will be one hour before. Titus Hartley will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Macomb.
