Staedtler pens, pencils, markers – Company Business and Marketing
Staedtler Inc. has unveiled Exceed, a line of retractable gel-ink pens featuring a permanent, archival, pigmented, acid-free, AGMI-approved ink formulation. The Exceed pen features a 0.7mm line width for smooth writing, a convenient pocket clip, and a triangular-shaped rubber grip for increased comfort and reduced writing fatigue. The pen is available in black, blue, or red ink and has a clear barrel so users can view the ink supply. The plunger mechanism and grip match the ink color. In addition to individual units, The pen also comes in two blister card three-packs: one with red, blue, and black ink pens, and the other with three black ink pens. A special plastic seal, which is removed by the consumer when the pen is used for the first time, prolongs the ink’s shelf life.
The company also introduced Mars 777 and Mars Star 779 Automatic Pencils. The Mars 777 has a frosted barrel made with a special soft coating and is available in three colors: Midnight Blue, Orbit Orange, and Kryptonite Green. The eraser on the pencil matches the barrel color. The uniquely shaped, transparent barrel of the Mars Star 779 features a rubberized grip for comfortable writing and is available in three colors: Sunburst Yellow, Galaxy Green, and Rocket Red. Each instrument uses a 0.5mm lead that’s refillable with Staedtler’s Marsmicro 250 05 series lead. Both product styles are available as open stock or on a three-pack blister card (one of each color).
Staedtler’s ink specialists have devised a special ink formulation for the Undryuppables, the 350 series Permanent Markers, and the 351B series Whiteboard Markers. The 350 series can be left uncapped for up to two weeks and still remain functional. A sturdy chisel point allows you to mark with two line widths on most surfaces, including cardboard, plastic, film, metal, glass, wood, leather, textiles, stone, and porcelain. Available in black, blue, red, and green, the ink is vibrant, quick drying, waterproof, xylene free, and practically odorless. The 315B series can be left uncapped for a few days without drying out. A chisel point offers the flexibility of writing on whiteboards in two line widths and the xylene-free marker lays down rich, vibrant ink that wipes off easily. Available in black, blue, red, and green, the Whiteboard Markers have a write-out length of 350 meters.
