Important notices pertaining to awards, fellowships, grants, and other announcements deemed appropriate by the editor-in-chief will also be considered for publication. These should not exceed 200 words.

All announcements must be submitted at least 4 months before the meeting date or notice deadline and will be published no later than the issue of the month preceding the meeting or notice deadline.
