Nashotah House
A preliminary hearing will be held June 7 for a priest who allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year- old boy at Nashotah House Seminary on New Year’s Eve 1988.
Anthony G. Miller, 35, of Hamden, Conn., convinced the boy to have oral sex with him, according to the criminal complaint.
The boy had been visiting his stepfather, who was a seminary student at the time, when the alleged assault occurred.
Miller requested the preliminary hearing during a court hearing Monday. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim or the seminary.
