Sun N1 Guru Defects to Microsoft
Mary Jo Foley
We’re taking a quick break from our regularly scheduled partner blogging to mention this story from The Register. Yousef Khalidi, former chief technical officer for Sun’s N1 autonomic computing infrastructure and “the brains” behind Sun Cluster 3.0 and Solaris 9, is now a Microsoft employee.(The move isn’t “new,” as it seemingly occured a few months ago, but it’s still pretty big “news, in our book.) We’d expect Khalidi to show up on the Microsoft Dynamic Systems Initiative team. So far, no official word, though.
