Microsoft Patches MS CRM

After complaints by some early adopters about a feature that Microsoft thought would be a big plus for its CRM 1.0 release, the Redmond software company has issued a new patch that allows customers to turn off that feature. The so-called “generated unique ID” created by MS CRM caused some spam filters to reject e-mail messages generated by the system. This is Microsoft’s third patch for MS CRM since the company released the product earlier this year.
