Redmond continues to snap up top talent, especially among developers. The latest defectors — Blake Stone and Chuck Jazdzewski — come to Microsoft from Borland. As Microsoft history buffs may recall, Microsoft got its hand slapped for picking Borland’s pocket once before. But more than a few of Microsoft’s best known developers and managers have left Scotts Valley for Seattle….
