Burst.com Continues Its Legal Fight Against Redmond

While Eolas has been stealing most of the Microsoft lawsuit headlines as of late, Burst.com hasn’t thrown in the towel regarding its own patent infringement case against the Redmond software giant. (Burst.com claims Microsoft ripped off its audio/video streaming technology.) Last week, according to Cringely’s latest column, Microsoft was called on the carpet for failing to produce a boatload (35 weeks’ worth) of e-mail messages pertaining to the case.
