Gail C. Christopher, a licensed holistic health practitioner and naprapath (connective tissue specialist), was appointed director of the Health Policy Institute of the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies in Washington, D.C. As director of the newly created Health Policy Institute, Christopher will set the agenda for the Institute’s work on key health policy issues for Blacks and people of color.
