This year’s conference theme was “Saluting The Past … Securing The Future.” Founded in 1963, the organization’s mission is to improve the quality of life within its communities and enhance educational and economic opportunities for all African-Americans. OBMA has 101 chapters and more than 10,000 members worldwide.
