Lore Levin (IA) was promoted to vice president of marketing and business development at OptiSoft Inc.

Rolf P. Kilian (M) was promoted to executive vice president at Metro Transportation Group Inc. in Hoffman Estates, IL, USA.

Alex Meitzler, RE. (M), joined Pennoni Associates Inc. as a senior transportation engineer in the firm’s Wilmington, DE, USA, office.

Ron Moore, E.I.T. (M), was promoted to regional manager of the Absecon, NJ, USA, office of Pennoni Associates as well as regional transportation manager for New Jersey.

Douglas Alien, AICP (A), assumed the position of group director for planning in the Atlanta, GA, USA, office of HNTB Corporation as a result of its recent acquisition of TEI Engineers & Planners.

Vivek Reddy, P.E. (M), joined the Ft. Lauderdale, FL, USA, office of HNTB Corporation as group director as a result of the firm’s recent acquisition of TEI Engineers & Planners.

Angela M. Garland, P.E. (A), assumed the position of Sarasota, FL, USA, section manager at HNTB Corporation as a result of its recent acquisition of TEI Engineers & Planners. :
