PRODUCER PRICES
The producer price index for all finished goods was unchanged in
December. Prices of finished consumer foods rose 0.4 percent, while
prices of other finished consumer goods were unchanged. Capital
equipment prices fell 0.4 percent.

In December, the consumer price index for all urban consumer rose
0.1 percent seasonally adjusted; it fell 0.2 percent not seasonally
adjusted. The index was 2.4 above its year-earlier level.
