U.S. INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS
In the second quarter of 2004, the goods deficit rose to $163.6
billion, from $150.8 billion in the first quarter. The current
account deficit rose to $166.2 billion in the second quarter
from $147.2 billion in the first quarter.
