A new Blue Book
The Blue Book of Dolls & Values comes out in its 16th edition this fall.
Written by Jan Foulke, a regular Doll Reader contributor and the author of Doll Reader’s Antique Q&A column, the book includes more than 500 color photos taken by Jan’s husband, Howard Foulke. The book is organized into two sections, modern and antique. The antique section covers the B manufacturers of bisque, china, wax, wood, Mf and papier-mache dolls from the 19th and early 20th centuries, while the modern section covers the dolls, artists, and makers of composition, hard plastic, vinyl, and more.
