Community Foundation of Greater Kingston. To establish and expand programs to foster youth participation in philanthropy and to help develop communication resources, including materials, enhanced audio-visuals and an improved Web site. $37,500 over one year.
Continuing on in Education, Quinte, Inc. To enable the organization to offer literacy and life skills to adults with special needs in the Quinte area. $25,000 over one year.
