Cialis® – tadalafil

Cialis® – tadalafil – New Drug

Lilly ICOS LLC

In clinical trials, Cialis–an oral phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor for erectile dysfunction–was shown to improve symptoms for as long as 36 hours following administration. The ability to participate in sexual activity was improved in some patients at 30 minutes after taking a dose. Headache, upset stomach, backache, and muscle ache were commonly reported adverse effects. Men taking any form of nitrates or [alpha]-blockers (with the exception of tamsulosin hydrochloride once daily) should never take Cialis, as the combination may cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure.
