Hankamer women very visible at USASBE meeting

At a recent meeting of the U.S. Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship held in San Antonio, management professors Nancy Upton and Beth Teal were quite visible.

Upton and Teal were among the panelists for “Teaching Entrepreneurship and Family Business: Ethical Dilemmas.” The two also joined Sally Kleberg of the King Ranch and Carmel Borders of Borders Books and Tapestry Foundation for the panel session “The Philanthropic Perspective of Well Known Entrepreneurial Families in Texas.” Upton also presented a paper, made a presentation to the Family Business Symposium, and served as a judge for the Entrepreneurship Education Pedagogy Award.
