ENACTED: Nondiscrimination protections based on sexual orientation for state employees in Montana, in December. Similar protections were instituted at the same time for employees within the executive branch of Delaware’s government.
FORGIVEN: The $560,000 debt the Millennium March on Washington owed the Human Rights Campaign, Gay.com, and Advocate publisher Liberation Publications Inc. The march owed HRC $360,000 and Gay.com and LPI $100,000 each,
