Graduation cum lamp lighting ceremony

Fatima School of Nursing celebrated the graduation and Lamp lighting ceremony of its 3rd and 7th batch of students respectively on 8th February 2003.

His excellency Rt. Rev. Dr. Albert D’Souza presided over the function. Sri T. George Joseph I.A.S. was the Chief Guest, the other distinguished guests were Sri Abraham Kurian I.P.S. Rev. Sr. Edna M.SJ. the Administrator and Dr. Mrs. M. Kamboj, the Medical Superintendent of Fatima Hospital, Rev. Sr. Lilly M.S.J. the Principal of School of Nursing,

The programme began at 3.00 P.M. with a prayer dance by the students. Dr. D.P. Bhatnagar M.D. the Chief Physician welcomed the gathering, followed by the lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. Shri George Joseph, I.A.S. distributed the certificates to the graduates.

His excellency Rt. Rev. Dr. Albert D’ Souza handed over the lighted lamps to the freshers welcoming them to the noble profession of Nursing. During the function Rev. Sr. Lilly, the Principal presented the annual report and Miss Josna Celi Jose, one of the graduates thanked everyone. The students were given awards and prizes for their excellent performance in both curricular and extra curricular activities.
