The GardioGrip hand dynamometer was developed by MD Systems to guide individuals through Dr. Ronald L. Wiley’s precise hand isometric protocol to reduce high blood pressure. Clinical trials have revealed that those individuals with higher than normal blood pressure experienced a 12- to 15-mm reduction through this technique.
