The Acadia Hospital hosts Challenge Days for students – Maine Highlights
Bangor — The Acadia Hospital recently hosted its 4th annual Get Connected! Conference featuring Challenge Day at the Bangor YMCA Camp Jordan. The conference, which hosted 70 sophomores and juniors from local high schools, taught students through games and discussion groups, how to create a safe environment from such issues as harassment, bullying, loss, and stereotypes. The objective was to assist students and adults in looking at how their everyday behaviors may affect others around them.
