While that doesn’t mean you need to starve yourself or limit the types of food you eat, it does mean that you need to consider each bite you put into your mouth. You have to decide what function it serves – if it’s providing you with nutrients, protein, quality carbs for growth or healthy fats for recovery. Even cheat foods need to be factored into the equation. Think about how much cheating you should allow and stay within your limits.”
