Scott’s changes pharmacy name

FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Scott’s Food & Pharmacy grocery outlets has renamed its 14 in-store pharmacy locations to align the pharmacies better with the Scott s brand.

For more than 80 years, the pharmacies were known as Keltsch Pharmacy and now are called Scott’s Pharmacy.

In addition, the company has remodeled and upgraded the pharmacies and launched a new customer service guarantee it has dubbed Careantee. As part of the new service, Scott’s Pharmacy will give patients a $5 Scott’s Food & Pharmacy gift certificate if it fails to meet its customer service standards.
