Valley Forge Scientific – Agreements
Valley Forge Scientific (Oaks, Pennsylvania) has signed an exclusive 5-year worldwide distribution pact with BEI Medical Systems (Hackensack, New Jersey), a subsidiary of BEI Electronics, for BEI to distribute a new Valley Forge electrosurgical system. The system is used for cutting, coagulating and ablating tissue during gynecological and laparoscopic abdominal surgery and offering an alternative to hysterectomies. Valley Forge described this as the first in a series of anticipated strategic alliances with BEI Medical.
