National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s John Dystel Nursing Fellowship in MS
The National MS Society is pleased to offer a six-month nursing fellowship designed to train a registered nurse in specialized multiple sclerosis nursing care. Working alongside an MS nurse specialist, the fellow will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to become a key contributor to the MS clinical community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to arrange for the proposed training with an appropriate mentor and institution, prior to application. The stipend offered is $40,000, payable to the institution to cover salary, benefits, participation in educational activities, and administrative/indirect costs. Completed applications, including all required supporting documents must be received at the Society by February 2, 2004. Notification of award will take place by April 15, 2004.
