Ross Martin, who was executive chef for Allred’s restaurant in Telluride, Colo., is executive chef at the New Sheridan Hotel’s Chop House restaurant, also in Telluride. His executive sous chef, Spencer Graves, who previously worked with Martin at Allred’s, most recently was sous chef at La Marmotte in Telluride.
