COSTA MESA, CALIF. — Multiunit, Southern California dinnerhouse operator King’s Seafood Co., based here, is rolling out Ctuit Software Inc.’s Internet-based Decision Support System for back-office reporting, the service provider said.

According to Ctuit, King’s Seafood is using the online system to collect, analyze and distribute in report form sales, labor and accounting information extracted from the restaurant company’s store-level Aloha point-of-sale systems. The terms of the subscription service agreement between Novato Calif.-based Ctuit and King’s Seafood were not released.

King’s Seafood operates six King’s Fish House locations and several signature restaurants, including the fine-dining Water Grill in Los Angeles.
